Hey, my name is Erica and I haven't really introduce myself yet, so here's my chance! I live in Colorado and I experince quite a lot of problems on my computer(thats why I am here). I probebly won't post often unless I experience a problem I don't know how to get rid of, only because I don't have too much time anymore. I also will try to help anyone who is having problems with their computer. I also want to ask.. How do you get an icon? Well, there you have it.

Welcome aboard, MissAmerica520.

What do you mean by "icon"?

I'm going to guess you are talking about the picture, underneath your user name.

It's called an "avatar". To add one:

At the top of the page click My Control Panel.

On the page that opens, towards the bottom , on the left, click Edit Avatar Settings.

On the next page that opens, you will have 2 options.
1. Choose an avatar from one of our galleries.
2. Choose one stored on your computer, by clicking the Browse... button.

Which ever one you choose to use, be sure to click Update Avatar, when your done.

If this isn't what you were talking about, please provide more information.
