Hi all, I have a pc that can't start to desktop with a error on missing browseui.dll error, therefore I copy from a working XP machine and paste into system32 and it is fine with all my desktop icon appears.

The thing now is I can't seem to type anything in my outlook express, but when I type on word and excel the keyboard is working fine.... what could be wrong?

Microsoft has just published a knowledge base article in reference to this problem. They have a solution. Go to the Microsoft Knowledge Base Article 293174 and follow their instructions. It may be as simple as replacing the damaged .dll file.

BTW, I am using XP Pro.

The funny thing is that there is no system retore point at all, not even the date is in, just a blank space.

Tried SFC /SCANNOW but finished without error.

Now I realised that when I want to create a new account in control panel, I can't key in anything in the 'name box', no blinking cusor in the box for typing....

Then I try to export to outlook to send email and it is ok, I can type but when send for printing there is this Internet Explorer Script Error 30 message.... Can't print at all...

Please advise what to do.

Thanks.
