when i put my laptop in standby it keeps rebooting,but shuts down ok.

What kind of laptop is it and what version of Windows are you running? I'd think that this is more of a Windows issue than a hardware issue if everything is working ok but it reboots when it enters standby mode...which I've never seen before, but have frequtently seen desktops fail to come out of standby mode.

EDIT: Please reply and let us know what OS you have, and we'll get this moved to a more appropriate forum for you so we can try to get this fixed for you!
