This is the Microsoft Foundation Class Library to show off the ability of C/C++ in accordance with Windows API's.

Unoffically:

Officially:

http://msdn.microsoft.com/library/default..../html/mfchm.asp

This may be the result of an incompatable Program, File table corruption, or Defective RAM.

Those are the most likely causes, however there are many others including a poorly written program, or a bad registry hive.

In lamens terms, back-up your OS and restore it. If that's too much work, then go to a restore point or remove recently installed Software. if none of these attempts is succesful, bring your machine in for servicing.
