2003 Windows Xp Outlook

Unable to send through Outlook emails with attachments from Documents and Recent Documents. What is going on? Outlook says, "Operation Failed"

Your firewall could be the culprit. Also have you checked your settings in Outlook as far as the size is concerned. Can your email account take larger attachments??
