How do we know the drivers are in place? What to look for and where? I'm going to email all this to her so it needs to be step by step. Thanks!
When she purchased the headset, it *might have
* come with drivers. Some do, some don't. If not, then it's "plug and play", which means that all she needs to do is to plug it into her computer and it should work (either it doesn't require drivers or windows will install the drivers automatically).
Have her start by checking her connections as I recommended in my first reply and we'll go from there! Hopefully this will be something simple and fairly painless!
BTW, it would be best if she continued on this topic herself so that I can ask more detailed questions if need be, like is windows up to date, what's the make/model of your headset, is it usb or standard male to female (8mm jack?) etc. etc.! However, you're more then welcome to run inbetween too! Everyone is welcome here at BC

War produces veterans, wounded both physically and mentally. They have sacrificed for us.....and it is now our job to help these veterans, as they have already helped us in ways we will never know, in ways that we cannot fathom, and in ways that we take granted every day.
