I guess I'm supposed to say hi. So, "Hi."

Recently, something descended all over my PC which sent me scrambling, troubleshooting for a week straight. I slept in my office and ate Post-It notes for sustenance. I finally got it nailed down when the breaker outside my office shorted out 3 times and sent my entire network and all its contents on a BIOS breaking bender. That was easily recovered with 8 hours of painstaking bed-side manner.

Then XP took a bleep on me three times in a row and my desktop and taskbar (explorer.exe) decided to play a game of hide-and-seek which took me on a very intimate journey throughout the innards of the %windir%.

I managed to kick its ass, though, and recovered everything without having to reboot.

So here I am. Ask me and I'll ask you.
