Hello

Having some strange problems with my mp3 player. its an I - scream mp3 player, when I plug it into my USB holes all 6 of them say its not there. transfering music accross it says not connected. I have tried it on 4-5 systems, all come back with the same thing except my brothers laptop. it is becoming a bit troublesome now transfering the music to his laptop then to mp3 player.

Any thoughts?
Regards,

Alan.
