Downloaded File Disappears When Double Clicked

i downloaded a file and went to open it. after i double clicked it, there was about a 2 second lag and then the file disapeared.

so far AVG hasnt found anything and lavasoft adware hasnt found anything

what could it be?


any ideas?

What was the file and it's extension?

it was a .exe and a keygen

tsk, tsk. Have you checked for malware? Some of them can be very bad for your PC.

i scanned with ad aware and found nothing
