Hi I have a problem with my computer, I got this computer from my church and i was trying to load some games but it pops up with i cant because the administator doesn't allow me to. I tried then to change the administrator to me and i don't know the password. some one told me to go into safe mode that i will be able to change the administrator password, Well i got into safe mode just fine but when i get into it the first thing that pops up is my user name a password i enter it but it says that my password or user name is incorrect. but when i get on the computer the normal way it works just fine. please help thanks

Posting your problem in the appropriate forum for whatever version of Windows is on the computer will bring help from other Members.
