I wish you can help me bring back deleted files on NTFS filesystem. I need the most powerful tool, as the files are important to me.

A really useful tool is the NTFS Reader utility to access NTFS in DOS.
You can find it Here.

Or there is Hard Drive Recovery Software by EASEUS.
