Hi i need help

i run home xp, and when i browse my files (sometime its not all the time that it crash) i got the msg that windows explorer need to be close i try to look for the repport but couldnt find it on c:document...

So i try to find the shell prb but its hard because it does not crash all the time

I did post a hijack log athttp://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/ind...c=82780&hl= and my machine is clean Dave told me to post my prb here

Did you try this topic of Microsoft support online?
There is also HotFix.

If you have posted a HJT log please do not make any changes to your system, since this will confuse the person working on your problems.

Hmm. Check the event viewer for yellow triangles which are warnings and red circles with white x's which are errors. The problem may be recorded there.
