I have recently taken over a network of about 60 pc's. The company does an enormous amount of faxing. We receive about 500-700 faxes a week. Many of the faxes are time sheets being submitted from employees throughout the US. We have an incoming fax and a program that logs all incoming faxes. The faxboard is a brooktrout TruFax (very nice). My dilemma is this. There are times that a fax gets mixed in with other faxes or print jobs. Most likely the faxes are carried off to someone's desk and it isn't realized until much later. To manually go through the fax log can be tedious. I need to make sure that the faxes are going to the correct person and not lost. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
