Hey,

I've got a problem with being unable to uninstall System Alert Popup.. but thats just one of my problems. Last night I was hit hard with Trojans/Spyware/etc.. They disabled my windows firewall also. I'm unable to re-enable it as it says "due to an unspecified problem, windows cannot display firewall settings."

I've been running Spybot S&D and a-squared anti malware throughout the night trying to rid myself of the majority of the problems.. I also tried installing ad-aware.. But the Trojans/Spyware/etc wouldn't allow me to download that program.

I took the liberty of running HiJackThis. Here's my Log. Any Help is appreciated and if there is anything else screwed let me know. Thanks.. Mike

The program name is actually System Popup Alert. I can attempt to remove it and the computer reboots.. But the program remains..

It works out of the system tray its got like a no smoking symbol without the ciggarette just the red circle with the slash that changes to a questionmark in a bubble.

I have ran the SmitFraudfix on another occassion and it did not remove this program.
