Welcome to BC!

I want to guess your using windows XP home or pro. In this case can you hit CTRL+ALT+delete to get task manager up.

Go to Perfomance tab and take a snapshot of the window. To do this Hold ALT down(make sure you have the window clicked) and hit the print screen button.

Now go to paint and hit CTRL + V to paste it into paint. Save it as a JPG file and host it on a host like
http://www.imageshack.us
and copy the link it gives you in here. Use the IMG tag or a direct link.

This way we can see how many processes you are running. Also take another snapshot of processes tab screen. To get all of them in one snapshot make the task manager window enlarge fully.

Then post it here too.

I ask for all of this so if there is a process that can be removed someone here will help you stop is safely.

I hope you can get all of this!
