Hi Queen-Evie---Could you mean "Fried Green Tomatoes"? One of my favorite movies.

“Every atom in your body came from a star that exploded and the atoms in your left hand probably came from a different star than your right hand. It really is the most poetic thing I know about physics...you are all stardust.”Lawrence M. Krauss

A 1792 U.S. penny, designed in part by Thomas Jefferson and George Washington, reads “Liberty Parent of Science & Industry.”

Yep, Fried Green Tomatoes. I'll edit my post. I have the other movie on my brain today.
One of my favorite movies also.

[Evelyn is cut off in a parking lot]
Evelyn Couch: Hey! I was waiting for that spot!
Girl #1: Face it, lady, we're younger and faster!
[Evelyn rear-ends the other car six times]
Girl #1: What are you *doing*?
Girl #2: Are you *crazy*?
Evelyn Couch: Face it, girls, I'm older and I have more insurance.

That was one of the best parts of the movie. I think we've all wanted to do that at times.

Just noticed you are an Alabaman. So is the author. Fannie Flagg. If you were around in the '70's you might of seen her on "Match Game". She wrote the screen play, too.
The movie gave a new meaning to "Georgians make the best barbecue"!!

Sipsey: Oh it don't make no kind of sense. Big ol' ox like Grady won't sit next to a colored child. But he eats eggs- shoot right outta chicken's ass!

Idgie Threadgoode: I can't believe he swore on the Bible!
Ruth: Well, if that judge had looked any closer, he'd have seen that it was a copy of Moby Dick.

I was around in the '70's. She is from Birmingham, about 45 minutes from where I live.
She got her start on a Birmingham TV station, as the "weather girl" for the morning news program.
Which we watched every morning.
