This is what my Bt console looks like:

It's using MS Sans Serif font but It's suppose to use Arial like here:

if this is downloaded, and you know that it's not spoof, it's probably just a glitch by the company that will get worked out in time. they are a respectable company. you don't hear much bad news about them.
