I use Firefox to browse the web, but often times I get a message saying there's an error from Shockwave Flash and then Firefox crashes. This happens alot. I've uninstalled/reinstalled Firefox but it still is happening.

Does anyone know how to fix this? Thx

Many crashes are caused by older versions of Flash.
If the crash still occurs with the latest version, follow Adobes Troubleshooting Advise.
Chaos reigns within.
Reflect, repent, and reboot.
Order shall return.
