Whenever i close outlook express, it changes pop.gmail.com to 127.0.0.1
And, it changes the smtp thing from 995 to 110
It gets really annoying to keep changing the settings everytime i wanna check my mail

To use the Regedits: Save the REG File to your hard disk. Double click it and answer yes to the import prompt. REG files can be viewed in Notepad by right clicking on the file and selecting Edit.

Try setting up a new account from scratch; this may prevent it from changing.
If that fails to work, then consider re-installing OE, or changing to Mozilla's Thunderbird.

You won't be sorry you made the switch to Thunderbird toshibauser!
Chaos reigns within.
Reflect, repent, and reboot.
Order shall return.
