Video access ActiveX object - new spyware program gets installed.

Run smitfraudfix(will not remove this program) and
Delete the folder in safe mode.(c:\program files\Video access ActiveX object)

Smitfraudfix has now been updated to combat this infection.

Actually Image activeX object was included in Version 2.132 (December 29, 2006)
