Whilst attempting to create a basic install/disc,as per windowsXP mag.Feb.07,I tried to browse
www.nu2.nu/bootcd/wxp. only to receive this message:-
NOT FOUND.
The requested url/bootcd/wxp was not found on this server.

Apache/2.052(cent os) Server at www.nu2nu port 80

Could somebody out there translate this mumbo - jumbo to sensible english for a poor old guy like me?

Instead of www.nu2.nu/bootcd/wxp try www.nu2.nu/bootcd/.
By putting the /wxp it returned a "file not found" error message. I am sure you typed in the quote correctly but it appears to have been wrong.

Acklan, many thanks, tried your address but it came back with same reply! The original address i used came from WindowsXP Magazine(Australian) Will try to find a way to contact them. This is not the first time that I have tried and had similar results with their programs!! am
beginning to wonder about the difference between XP professional and
the XP home/edition that I use.

The link in Post 2 should have brought you to the BartPE site. I just tried it again and it worked for me.
