Google, Yahoo Getting Redirected To Aicse.com

pretty sure i have been infected, think its called the wareout infection but not certain.

I keep getting redirected when selecting a google search item to aicse.com or casinocaesar.com which both contain ads and other assorted junk. Happens in yahoo as well but NOT in an aol search.

can anyone help out here????

Howdy rmeyer007,

If you have the resources to wipe and format this machine,I suggest thats what you do at this point.

The machine is compromised and unsafe to be on the internet.


If you wish to continue in light of the information given,just follow the instructions below to dload and run the Grozmon Removal tool from Prevx.

Grozmon Removal Tool

Pretty simple tool to use,dload and double click the executable.

Follow the on screen instructions and let the tool do its thing.

There should be a log generated on the C: drive,Copy&Paste the entire contents of that post into your next reply along with a fresh HijackThis log.


If we are successful in removing grozmon,you will then have to remove several of your applications and reinstall them

These include:

Adobe

AOL

Mcafee


There may be more but im unsure until we get a closer look.
