After reading forum on start-up programs, I became inquisitive and logged on to site, and on clicking startup
section, was surprised when the following message came up:- " An access denied error was returned while
attempting to change a service.you may need to log on using administrator account to make specified changes."
Could somebody please explain what this is all about?

Is your account one that is an administrator on your machine? Managing the services in Windows requires administrator privileges.
