Ok, so I have a bad virus and spyware and because I am a mortgage banker and their is so much impotrant info I need to just get my hard drive whiped out. This will probably cost me $100,000.00 worth of future business. There is know way I can save everything that I need on this computer. The one thing that I need to save before I take my computer to get re done is everything in my microsoft outlook. How can I save this? All my emails and everything. Also, instead of taking this computer to a shop is there a thread here showing how I can do it myself? I have so many peoples socials and personal info that I dont trust taking it to a computer shop.

To deal with your virus issues, read this; Preparation Guide Before Posting a HijackThis Log.

Then post a HijackThis log at this section of the forums: HijackThis Log and Analysis.

This way you can avoid having to take your computer into a shop.

Sorry chugg,I did not realize that you had already posted a HijackThis Log.
Did the reply in This Thread answer you question about saving Outlook information?

Believe it or not I think the guy that responded to my log and gave me that program fixed it. I ended up un installing limewire and noticed that there was a restart limewire icon on my c drive even after I deleted it. I think that was the virus and when I deleted that limewire stopped. I think I might be good now. But no that link did not help me save my outlook. I have over 1000 emails saved that I cannot delete because they are all investors emails that I need for business. So I would not be able to go through each email before I am a senior citizen and save them all as it suggests.

Sounds like you're headed in the right direction!
Do not make any changes to your OS while you are working with the the Hijack Team member unless you tell them.

Perhaps you should be looking at a Backup Imaging Program like Acronis True Image or Norton's Save and Restore.
There is a free backup program listed at this site called Cobian Backup.
Have not used it but many of our member do.

Good Luck!
