I have a second computer on a wireless network. access to the net is fine. When i try to send an email from my desk the error message tells me the user name and password are wrong. I am using the same user name and password as the first computer, which is working fine. Is this the problem? where does a new password and user name come from. Our service provider, Bigpond, does not help people with a network. what is the problem and how is it resolved.

I will need more information in order to help you. What mail program are you using? Outlook Express, Microsoft Outlook, or some other type of program?
