I really didn't know how to word this but I belong to a reward program and haven't been getting credit for a lot of offers that I have signed up for. On the "earn" page it gives these tips to ensure you are going to get credited:

● "Ad-blocking" in Internet
security applications is disabled.
● Images are not disabled.

When I go to security or privacy, I can't find anything about ad-blocking or images. I have scrolled down the list several times and can't find how to disable the applications that she talks about. I have windows XP service pack 2 and IE7.0. I have done all the updates that are available. Can someone help me get to the right place to make sure and disable the right things so I can get credited for the offers I signed up for please. I didn't have this problem when I had IE6 so I'm not sure what is going on. I know they say IE7 is much more secure.

Thanks for the help.
