:flowers: This problem is one I have no clue how to fix. A long time ago we used Earthlink through our cable provider. When I run system diagnostics on my computer it keeps trying to ping Earthlink. How do I fix this???? Thanks for any information/assistance you can give.

What diagnostics are you trying to run? Other than trying to ping earthlink is there anything else that happens?

Does anything associated with Earthlink show up in the Control Panel's Add/Remove programmes list? Have you checked your browser's default settings?
