I downloaded an application recommended by Bleeping Computer/ Startup Inspector @
http://www.windowsstartup.com/. I ran it and tried getting rid of the nonsense things it found but I was unable to due to a missing shortcut....it was BackWeb-1940576.exe
Is this what is stopping the thing from working? What can I do?
