Please Help! Double Files Created On Desktop

EVERYTIME I PUT A FILE ON THE DESKTOP it creates two of the same file when you go to delete them it will delete one and tell you the other one is not accessable. It's only when i'm logged into the main user on the computer. PLease help this is driving me nuts. thanks

This requires altering the registry. Be sure to read how to back up and restore the registry in case something goes wrong.
