Hello.
Add remove is not showing all of my programs, none of the ones I have downloaded since I bought it. Except the firewall. There is a couple that came with the computer not appearing too.

What should I do? I'm real nervous.

Thanks guys, help greatly appreciated.

What anti-virus and anti-spyware programs are you using, and what happens when you scan with them?

Try this:
Start / Run / and type; cmd / OK
At the command prompt type: regsvr32 appwiz.cpl (Note the space between 32, and appwiz)
Click the Enter key.
When finished, type; exit.
Click the Enter key.
Reboot and see if it works now.

Try running the System File Checker.

Not all programs show up in Add/Remove Programs as some have their own uninstaller, which you should find in the program's folder.

Go to Start > Run and type: regedit
press OK.
Navigate to the following registry key:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall
Do you see your applications in registry?

Try a third party utility like MyUninstaller and see if the programs show there.

I'd also try to reinstall one of the missing apps - and would check to see it's behavior when installing and if it appears afterwards. You can use the last freeware version of Total Uninstall to track all the changes that the installation makes: http://www.aplusfreeware.com/categories/util/uninst.html
