Hello RichieUK,
Finished with instructions. Counterspy removed only some cookies, Sophos Anti-Rootkit found nothing. IE Home page still resets to about:blank, I can't reset it to www.yahoo.com, nor can I enable the Toolbars in IE for Yahoo, Norton IS or Norton Antivirus - they are all grayed out and cannot be selected. Anything else I can try? Thanks for your time - it is truly appreciated!
