Zim: Gir! Come to the observatory!
Gir: (pops head out of hole in ceiling): Yeeees?
Zim: What have you done to the telescope?
Gir: Nothing.
Zim: You haven't touched it? Something is broken and it's not YOUR fault??
Gir: (sounding frightened) I know...I'm scared too!

Microsoft decided to end the support of Hotmail in OE a while back. If you weren't one of the lucky one's who had an account grandfathered in - then you're about out of luck.

BUT!!! There are other options. I'd suggest checking out the last freeware version of Hotmail Popper available here (about way down the page): http://www.321download.com/LastFreeware/page8.html
My browser caused a flood of traffic, sio my IP address was banned. Hope to fix it soon. Will get back to posting as soon as Im able.

Your only other option would be to pay the $19.95\yr to have the feature that allows Outlook or Outlook Express to download your eamils.
I too have an older account that allows it.
