so a friend of mine thought it might be funny to dload Naomi onto my computer. I dont have the password, and I honestly have no clue on how to get rid of this program. This is is blocking sites that I NEED access to. any info on how to ditch this annoying program would be awesome. thanks a million.

Try system restore choosing a time and date just before the program was installed.

You should find your friend and ask him/her to tell you the password. Then slap him/her silly for doing such an annoying thing. You should attempt to remove it correctly using either the password and the uninstalling option or add&remove programs.

If that doesn't work, then I found this while searching Google (it's a link to these forums here at BC!)

NOTE: If you can't uninstall it from Add & Remove programs, then DO NOT USE KILLBOX. Instead, post back and let me know and I'll figure out (find out) if deleting that one file will uninstall or allow uninstallation of Naomi.

It worked for the original poster, so let's hope that it'll work for you!
