In the left corner of my systray (is that the right name?) , next to "Start", I used to have a desktop icon (allowing me to return to desktop). It went bye-bye. How can I restore it, please?

Thanks, John! That worked super. The only thing I struggled with and finally figured out was that I had "taskbar locked" selected. Once I deselected that, i was back in biz.
