I have ZeroSpyware Version 220.127.116.11 installed on my WinXP machine. I have been unable to update the spyware definition files for a couple of weeks. I suspect something is preventing my machine from a successful update. I have tried contacting FBMSoftware's Live Chat/Customer Support, but the chat windows always state that the chat is unavailable and will return in a few minutes. Obviously, after two weeks, something is not correct. I have tried uninstalling the program, reinstalling, downloading the latest version from the web site, etc. but I have been very unsuccessful in updating to current definition files. Usually, there at least two updates per week.
Any suggestions are welcome in helping me to solve this aggravating problem. Thank you.
