Hello.

I posted a topic this weekend on a problem i've been having with my computer restarting itself.

It turned out to be my graphics card driver that was the problem, which has since been solved by some great people on site. Unfortunately it appears the driver wasn't the only problem. I've had the BSOD (blue screen of death) back again with another error code.

Again I cant decipher the code to locate the problem  Could somebody take a look at the following because I cant get anywhere with this one.

*** STOP: 0x00000050 (0xC2B00000, 0x00000000, 0x8058BCIA, 0x000000)

I'm running XP professional (32), NVIDEA GeForce FX 5500 graphics card, 768mb DDR333 RAM. AMD Athlon XP, 2000 MHz (15 x 133) 2400+. If this is of any use.

Any help at all on this one would greatly appreciated. Thank You.

Hi. Thanks for the links, but the error messages they describe are different to mine, and the hotfix's available are specifically for the problems mentioned on the link. I'll delve a bit deeper.

Thanx for pointing me in the right direction.

See if anything on this page might help:

Just scroll down to, 0x00000050: PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA
