Stuttering Problem

This is my first post so HI :thumbsup:
The problem that i have is that my computer is stuttering. Its not slow, infact its running very well and i am pop-up free and i think virus free. but every now and again it just stutters, or jitters. i notice it more when music is playing but even with that off you can see the mouse jitter as well ..
please help ..
i am running XP home
2GB ram
Dual 80gb HDD ..
i have run vundofix , regestry booster, ad-aware and PC-cillin and still nothing found

By stuttering you mean pages moving up and down in a jerky fashion---a dirty mouse will cause this.

Go to START RUN and type evntvwr Look for red crosses and please post the messages there. Can be under either application System or security.
