Try these

>Check to see if firewall is blocking those sites
>Add msn spaces to your trusted sites list in the internet options.
>Are you using a popup blocker ,disable it.
>Go to your internet options. Delete all Temporary internet files and cookies.
>Go to C:\WINDOWS\Downloaded Program Files. Search for MSN Photo Upload tool. Delete it.
Sign into your msn space. Try Adding a photo. You will be prompted to install the Photo upload tool. Install it. Upload your photos.

 the problem is back again. Its something with my firewall..because whenever i allow my sygate Pro firewall to (Allow all) eveyrthing works..but when i put it as (normal) some sites dont work and it wont upload...any hints on how i can bypass this issue instead of always leaving my fiewall on (Allow all) which defeats the purpose.
