Annoying Icon In System Tray - I Want Rid Of It!

I have an annoying symbol in my system tray that when clicked leads me to a website trying to sell me anti spyware softwear.

How can I get rid of it?

Sounds like you might have an infection.
What anti-spyware software is it trying to sell you?
