Cannot Change The Way Users Log On Or Off

Hi guys,
I got the problem with user log on and off.

I am using Windows XP Professional, and it always ask for user name and password at log on....though i have not set any password.

I tried to change it from control panel>User accounts....but it didn't work

Here is the screen shot of my user log on and off settings:

you have 1 user defined
no password
you require auto login

the tweakui method would probably work best

Thanx 4 replying..... It do helped me a bit, the screen 4 password now do not prompt but i cannot see the welcome screen and during log off can see that old style and not the new style
