BC has a practice forum (Tests and Scribbles) for improving your posting skills at the bottom of the forums list page, so you can playpen as much as you wish.
Since you are unfamiliar with forums, a quick way to learn more about the mechanics of the BC forums and save time later, is to read some of the topics in the New User Orientation forum.
