Help! Infected W/ Trojan Horse Downloader

hi guys! it's my first time here.

please help me. i ran AVG and it detected 2 viruses namely, Trojan Horse Generic2.SKB and Trojan Horse Downloader.Generic2.UET. i have tried to remove it but it just didn't work.

i have AVG installed and norton. both didn't work.

need help. thanks.

Try running your scans in safe mode.

Also, don't have more than one anti-virus installed on your computer at the same time. When you do this they tend to fight each other and actually leave you less protected than just having one. I would recommend you dump Norton and keep AVG, but it's your choice.

Install Super Antispyware. Run it in safe mode. Allow it to quarantine whatever it finds.

Run the online scan for Bit Defender in normal mode.

Post a Hijack This log in the appropriate forum by following the directions in the link below.
