I have BitDefender in one of my computers and wanted to uninstall it but when I go "Start, All Programs, BitDefender" there's no "Uninstall" option. So I went into control panel &add/remove and BitDefender doesn't even show on the list but it's still in the computer and causes the 'puter to freezes and BitDefebder warning etc.. pops up. The only way I can restart the 'puter is to unplug it.

How can I fix this?

I noted in one of your previous posts it is mentioned you are using BitDefender 9 Pro.
If this is correct, try the following instructions outlined Here for Additional BitDefender 9 Pro Uninstall Methods.
Chaos reigns within.
Reflect, repent, and reboot.
Order shall return.

I followed the instructions from that link and it work great. I thanks you very much.

I run Bitdefender Pro 9 in 2 computers and work fantastic. The 'puter I took BitDefender out of, I'm now using Kasperski 6.0.2.614 and seems good so far. (I hate Norton... never again!)
