Hi - am new to this site and desperately in need of help. My Norton Anti Virus alerted me that I had been infected with the InfoStealer.Lineage virus. I ran a full system scan which reported that the virus couldnt be quaranteened and I sould delete it. I clicked to delete but this didnt work. i then followed instructions to run a scan in safe mode but, once again I wouldnt delete the virus. Have also run a scan with my AdAware software but nothing seems to have worked.
Any ideas please??
With thanks
Teresa
