The person who set up my computer did not provide my profile with administrator rights. There is an administrator profile that should have all the rights necessary to install programs and manage files, but I don't know the password and the person who set up the computer is MIA. Any ideas?

Hi sgranda,

Welcome to BleepingComputer!

It is against the Bleeping Computer's Terms of Service to provide information on how to reset or bypass the Administrator password. Though your question is most likely legitimate there are others who may find this topic and use the information for less savory reasons. It is for these reasons we do not provide this type of info.

If you have any questions, please feel free to send me a private message or an email. Thanks for your understanding.
