Monitor Problem

I just installed a new motherboard and psu. Now whenever I restart my computer the monitor won't respond. I have to flip the switch on the psu off then on to get the monitor to respond again. I never had this problem before. Is there some way to fix this or could it be a problem with the psu ??

Is the video card built into the motherboard or a seperate video card?
