Spyware Doctor !

i have the paid for version of spyware doctor and i dont understand why it takes so long to start up when i click on the programe i mean all my other programmes start within like 2 seconds but spyware doctor takes about 10-20 seconds just to start up.
anyone else using spyware doctor got this too or is it just me and if its just me why ? ? ? ? ?

I think you have realtime protection enabled?Is it updated?

It is not just your computer. I had it on mine as a backup scanner and it would take a long time to load. It covers a lot of bases. If I remember correctly, it also wanted to reboot the computer after updating. Got tired of it and got rid of it.

Spyware Doctor has many gaurds and uses a lot of resources so it takes a long time to load.
