I was trying to install a program that requires a Post Script Printer Driver. I did a search on the web and found a Post Script from Adobe. I downloaded this program and when I was installing the program it came up with an error message "WM16 Subsystem could not enter protected mode DOSX.EXE musbe be in your AUTOEXEC.NT and present in your path" What does this mean and how can I solve this? Please help. Thank you in advance, even if you cannot help.

Have you read the Adobe Universal PostScript Windows Driver Installer document? It will also have the Downloading Help documents link if you need further reference.
What brand and model of printer do you have?
