when i boot up my machine and log into window, the usual programs start to load and resently i have seen what looks like a black dos window flick on screen. then shortly after i get a small box come up titled window internet explorer with the message cannot find 'http:///' make sure the path of internet address is correct. i click ok and 20 seconds later it is back, and so on. i have a new system and this only started after nortons dealt with an issue, nothing else seems to be happening and if i leave the box alone it just sits on the desktop, but it frustrates me and i know that something is wrong. PLEASE help
