Hello hunterjj and welcome to the BC HijackThis forum. I see no signs of viruses or malware in the log. It is clean.

Depending on the system setup, system time changes might be recorded in the Event Viewer. To see this log do the following:Click Start->Run and type in eventvwr.msc and press the Enter key.
Look in the Security section for any events with a number os 577 and 520.
Some systems are not set up to record these events so they may not be there.

Either way, you can post that information to the XP forum here: http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/f/56/windows-xp-home-and-professional/ . They can assist in investigating what might be changing the system time and any other system issues.

Cheers.

I do not respond to PM's requesting help. That's what the forums are here for. Please use them so that others may benefit from your questions and the responses you receive.
